In my opinion, the movie "Not One Less" was remarkably inspirational. The movie focuses on an area that's unseen by the world, showing the struggles of how the Chinese villagers faced poverty and were incapable of receiving proper education. In fact, a 13 year old girl was forced to take the place of a teacher and was given the responsibility of an adult just to take care of her family. None the less, the young girl worked hard and full of effort trying to make sure that all the children stay in the school. She dedicated a lot more she had to carry out her task and couldn't have done it more than she had.
Other than that, the movie focuses on how media affects the society more than anything else. Most people would not help the girl face to face but after she had gain access to the news, she had obtained the attention of most of the people in the city. Because of that, she was able to gain help and the school was given an opportunity to become better, giving the students a better learning environment and such. All of this could not have been achieved if she had not told her struggles through media.
All in all, it just goes to show that media affects a huge part of our society. Media is an influence. An influence that can effect people in many ways. Good or bad. So we should use the media for the greater good. It can be a shield for us, or it could be used as a weapon against us. Media should be a platform that can help make our lives easier. So use it wisely, and use it to make the world a better place.
